1. If you have already signed up and have an existing FAN Mail ID, go to the home page and sign in under “existing user.”

2. Click on ‘Add Variable Annuities.’

3. Select Pacific Life under Annuity Carrier.

4. For Rep level users, please provide:

• Rep Name
• Rep SSN
• Rep DOB
• A sample contract number
