Linking Instructions

 
1. Advisors/Firms must submit a request via email to Pacific Life at integrations@pacificlife.com to get setup on the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.
The request should include:
  • Firm Name, Advisor Name and E-mail Address
  • Firm CRD Number and Advisor Number (if you are requesting Advisor level data)
  • Advisor or Firm Level data
 
2. Pacific Life will send a confirmation to both the Advisor/Firm and Morningstar ByAllAccounts with a Unique ID once completed.
 
3. Advisor/Firm must confirm for ByAllAccounts of who should be authorized to access the feed along with an email address for us to send the feed password to.
 
4. Once ByAllAccounts authorizes user access, we will email the feed password to the address provided. The password is to be used along with your Unique ID for setting up accounts for aggregation in AccountView.
