Website FAQ

To log in to the website, you must enter your username and password.

  1. Begin by entering your username and password on the login page.
  2. Next, you will be asked to enter a verification code for enhanced security. This code will be sent to your registered email address, or phone number each time you log in to the website.
  3. Once your verification code is confirmed you will be taken to the RIA Advisor Dashboard.

Note: If you have not registered for access to the website, you will need to create a new account.

To create an account:

  1. On the login page, click the “New User? Register Here” link.
  2. Fill in all required fields on the page.
  3. Once you have entered your information, you will receive an email with a link to complete the registration process, this includes creating your password and setting up Multi-Factor Authentication.
  4. Next, you will be taken to the login page. Enter your username and click "Login".
  5. After logging in, you have the option of changing your email or phone number to receive verification codes by going to “My Profile”.

The most common issue is typing a password incorrectly. Keep in mind that passwords must contain at least 10 characters, a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and a symbol. It may not include parts of your username, your first name, or your last name.

If you are still unable to log in, or have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page.

Pacific Life takes extra measures to protect your account. In addition to requiring a username and password, you are enrolled in Multi-Factor Authentication upon registration. Multi-Factor Authentication is a security system that requires an additional step of verification by way of sending a secure code to your phone or email.
