The most common cause for problem is typing the password incorrectly. Keep in mind that passwords must contain at least 10 characters, a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, a symbol, no parts of your username, does not include your first name, and does not include your last name.

Pacific Life takes extra measures to protect your account, in addition to requiring a Username and Password, by enrolling you in Mult-Factor Authentication upon registration. Mult-Factor Authentication is a security system that requires an additional step of verification by way of sending a code to your phone or email.
